These SMS / Text Messaging Terms govern the text messaging program for Digital AI CRM, operated by Blue Cipher AI LLC. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these terms and our consent requirements for application-to-person (A2P) messaging.
1. Program description
When you opt in, we may send SMS/MMS messages related to your inquiry and account, including appointment scheduling and reminders, responses to your requests, customer care, account and service notifications, and — where you have consented — promotional and marketing messages.
2. Consent to receive messages
You provide consent by submitting your mobile number through a form on our website and affirmatively checking the SMS consent statement, by texting us a keyword from your mobile device, by giving verbal consent, or by another method we disclose at the point of collection. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. A2P disclosure and consent records
We maintain records of opt-in source and time to support A2P compliance requirements and to verify your consent status if needed. You should only provide a phone number that you are authorized to use and control.
4. Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply; these charges are billed by your mobile carrier, and Blue Cipher AI LLC is not responsible for them. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Opt-out and help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the number from which you received messages; we will send a one-time confirmation and you will no longer receive messages. For assistance, text "HELP" or email Support@DigitalAiCRM.com.
6. Privacy and data sharing
